Cycle along the old railway track from Halbendorf/Gebirge to Löbau via Cunewalde.
Through the beautiful Cunewalde valley along the old railway line runs a route easy for everyone to cycle. It is part of a regional main route connecting the Spree Cycle Path with the Saxon City Route from Großpostwitz/OT Eulowitz via Cunewalde to Löbau. Discover the many listed Umgebinde houses, the unique folk architecture of Upper Lusatia, on your route.

Simply follow the old railway line. Entry can be at Großpostwitz OT Eulowitz or also at Cunewalde.

Löbau: King Friedrich August Tower and Löbauer Berg
Federal motorway A4 Dresden - Görlitz to the Bautzen/West exit - B96 through Bautzen towards Großpostwitz. If you continue on the B96 to Großpostwitz - Oppach, you can turn left to Cunewalde.
The Upper Lusatia region is well connected to the Dresden rail network. Key railway junctions are: Bautzen, Görlitz, Bischofswerda, Sohland/Spree, Eibau, Zittau and Löbau.
