Its highest peaks are not even 800 meters above sea level, and yet it is a mountain range with everything that comes with it. It is the perfect combination of the surrounding landscape forms - from the Bohemian Switzerland it has adopted sandstone formations and rock cities, from the Bohemian Central Mountains the volcanic character and the cone-shaped mountains rising from the forested hills, from the Jizera Mountains the elongated mountain ridges... It combines all this into a unique whole where the soul comes alive and the eyes enjoy gliding over the rolling relief.
