The approximately 1.5 km long loop runs entirely over open sunny meadows and is ideal for beginners and children. A somewhat smaller loop of about 700 m is set up directly at the trail entrance.
With sufficient snow depth, a small loop through the forest (over the "Red Man") is also groomed. This extended variant connects to the 1.5 km loop and then totals about 2.4 km.
On the entire Sosa sun trail there are 2 classical tracks and one skating track laid out.
When the trail is open, the "Skiteam Sosa" club runs a small snack stand every Saturday and Sunday in the "Skiteam hut" at the trail entrance.
At the trail entrance, there is the possibility to use the small sledding hill.
