Starting from the hiking car park, we follow the Pockau valley trail into the Schwarzwasser valley up to the "Stone Bridge". Here we turn right onto the Viererweg, which we follow past the Lehmheider Pond to Görkauer Straße (S 217). We now turn right and walk along the forest road on the left at the entrance to Rübenau. We proceed to Hammerweg, which we follow to the right. We take the next turn to the left to the "Neue Mühle". From here we walk along the Lower Natzschung path, passing the old nail smithy and the sawmill, to Einsiedler Straße. There we keep left again and pass the border crossing to Kalek. We walk to the right towards Nacetín and after the last house of Kalek turn left into the hiking trail. Passing the pond, we keep slightly right and then straight uphill to the mountain summit and the Anna column. We follow the road further to the right to Kaisereck. Straight ahead we reach the Old Pond and continue to the Neuhäuser forest house. We continue on the road and after 500 m keep left through the Seehaide. We leave the New Pond to the left, although a short detour is worthwhile. We continue to cycle path 3078 and follow it to the Reitzenhain–Nacetín road. There we turn left. After another 500 m, we walk uphill to the right towards the deserted village Kienhaid and descend the mountain to the border bridge in Kühnhaide. Passing the church and the cemetery, the path leads us on the right back to the hiking car park.
