Notes on accessibility / deviations from the pictograms:

• Step-free access (door 105 cm) to the platform


• Except for the “Carolasee” station, all stations have raised platforms


• For assistance with boarding / disembarking (doors of compartments 45-50 cm), please contact us in advance by telephone


• Wheelchairs, walking frames, etc. up to 60 cm wide can be transported free of charge in the load compartment, in the first carriage behind the locomotive


• Persons sitting in wheelchairs cannot be transported


• Toilet for wheelchair users (At the main station the Gläsererne Manufaktur): Door 104 cm, 172x114 cm in front, 80 cm to the left and 97 cm to the right of the toilet
