4-day Stone Sculpting Workshop "Autumn Tapping" on the Rochlitz Mountain September 13/14 and 20/21, 2025, each from 10 AM to 5 PM Dive into the fascinating world of Rochlitz Porphyry Tuff – directly at the historical extraction site, surrounded by the impressive quarries of the Rochlitz Mountain. In this four-day workshop for adults, you will have the opportunity to become creative under the expert guidance of sculptor Erika Harbort and shape the volcanic stone with your own hands. During two intensive weekends, you will learn the basics of stone processing and create your own sculpture – whether for your home or garden. Previous knowledge is welcome, but not required. Costs: 375 Euros/Participant (Price includes 19% VAT.) Plus material costs for Rochlitz Porphyry Tuff - approx. 25 € depending on the size of the stone (payment in cash or by debit card on site)
