The bright, modernly furnished, and comfortable holiday apartment (approximately 75 m²) is centrally located on Bahnhofstraße in Zittau. The attic apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) is in close proximity to the historic town center as well as the train station/narrow-gauge railway. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room with couch and TV, and two separate bedrooms. A parking space is available. Bed linens, hand and bath towels, toilet paper, soap & shampoo are included in the price. A hairdryer and a washing machine are also at your disposal. On the ground floor of the building, you can enjoy dinner and/or a cocktail at the restaurant MISTER BALES.
The apartment is not suitable for children (between 1 and 12 years). Due to noise-related issues in the past, we currently do not accept bookings with children out of respect for the neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.
