To celebrate Albert Lortzing, the Lortzing 26 Festival will take place at Leipzig Opera from April 24 to May 3, 2026.
The story and music of Albert Lortzing's "Tsar and Carpenter" is made accessible to a young audience from the age of 6 through the story "The Little Tsar" by Juri Tetzlaff.
